Vishwakarma was born with a wife named Angirasi of Vastudev, the son of Brahma and religion. Lord Vishwakarma was born on the day of Vishwakrama Puja, therefore it is also known as Vishwakarma Jayanti. Virat Shri in the form of Brahma. Vishwakarma is a five-mukh. They have five faces which have generated the east, west, north, south and sages by mantras. Their names are – Manu, May, Tashta, Shilpi and Devgya. In Hindu religion, Vishwakarma is considered the god of creation and creation. Vishwakarma is considered the world’s first engineer and architect. ‘Satyuga’s ‘heaven lok’, ‘Lanka’ of Treta Yuga, ‘Dwarika’ of Dwapar and ‘Hastinapur’ of Kalyuga etc are composed by Vishwakarma. Indrapuri, Yampuri, Varunpuri, Kuberpuri, Pandavpuri, Sudamapuri, Shivmandalpuri etc have been constructed by them. Pushpak plane is built and the buildings of all the gods and their daily useful things are also made by them. Lord Vishwakarma has created things like Karna’s Kundal, Sudarshan Chakra of Lord Vishnu, Trishul of Lord Shankar and Yamraj’s Kaladanda etc.
They had three daughters named Riddhi Siddhi and Sangya, out of whom Riddhi Sidhi was married to Lord Ganesh and Sangya was married to Lord Suryanarayan. Yamraj, Yamuna, Kalindi and Ashwani Kumar are their children.
